Are you a strong communicator with a knack for spotting great talent? We're looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to help us find and hire top-performing candidates across a variety of roles.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
Assist in managing job postings and applicant pipelines
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to align on needs
Represent our brand with professionalism and energy
Qualifications/Requirements:
3 years (Required)
Previous recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Bonus potential based on hiring performance
