Responsibilities
- Secure service delivery excellence across all O2C processes in scope (Billing, Cash Applications,
- Collections and Credit Management) across geographies (NAM, EMEA, APAC), continuously monitor
- KPIs and guarantee SLA/OLA achievement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global O2C team of 40 professionals, including Team Leads and Analysts,
- ensuring capacity planning and succession readiness.
- Act as business partner to Sales, Activation, Customer Success, and Finance, gathering requirements
- and aligning service delivery with business objectives.
- Orchestrate process owners, local organizations, HQ functions, and external providers to
- harmonize, simplify, and automate O2C processes E2E.
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs, SLA, and OLA performance, escalating and resolving deviations.
- Own budget adherence and process compliance with internal policies, work closely with the GPO
- O2C
- Oversee transition of new geographies, services, or acquisitions, coordinating knowledge transfer
- and managing go-lives.
- Drive change management in collaboration with PMO and communication teams.
- Accelerate reporting automation, central governance, and analytics for proactive decision-making.
- Ensure accurate month-end close for O2C processes and support statutory, group, and external
- audits.
- Champion digitalization, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives globally.
- Manage global processes including Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Master Data, Order
- Management, Fulfilment, Transport, and Invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 10+ years O2C/AR experience with proven leadership of global or regional teams
- 5+ years in SSC or multinational environment with transformation exposure
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
