Job Title Operations Management Trainee (OMT) Position Overview We're looking for someone who is diverse and ambitious; looking to push boundaries, test limits, take risks, and solve problems. What you'll be doing:In our Operations Management Trainee (OMT) program, you will participate in a training program that consists of technical training, leadership development, and professional development. We provide our OMT's with opportunities to apply their skills and knowledge to projects within the workplace. Upon completion of the program, trainees will interview for open positions that best match their talents and interests. Typical opportunities include Process Engineering, Project Engineering or Process Improvement Engineering roles. There are many success stories that have resulted for this program, and most graduates have gone on to hold leadership positions across the company.
