About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our telehealth urgent care team. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, making it an ideal opportunity for providers who want to balance their professional and personal lives. We provide on-demand and scheduled virtual care for both adult and pediatric patients, addressing a variety of non-emergency conditions such as seasonal allergies, cold/flu symptoms, infections, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Provide video, phone, and asynchronous urgent care evaluations and treatment for patients.
Diagnose and manage common illnesses in both adults and children.
Offer evidence-based and inclusive care to a diverse patient population.
Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring a supportive and professional virtual experience.
Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least five states, with at least three of the following states preferred: AZ, WA, PA, MN, CA, TX, or NY.
Board certification as an FNP, AGNP, or ACNP (ANCC or AANP).
Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate independent practice experience.
At least 2 years of independent practice experience strongly preferred.
Comfortable with technology, virtual care platforms, and strong communication skills.
Telemedicine experience is a plus but not required.
Availability for at least 10 hours per week (flexible shifts, night/weekend availability preferred).
