Role Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner fluent in spoken Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to join our growing outpatient team. This is a great fit for someone passionate about primary care and looking for a long-term home to build their career and patient relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care services including evaluations, diagnosis, and management of chronic and acute conditions
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and medical assistants for coordinated care
• Communicate clearly with patients in Chinese to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatments, and preventative care
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement efforts
• Build long-term patient relationships within a culturally aligned setting

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York State (required)
• Fluency in spoken Chinese (required); written Chinese is a plus
• Passion for community-based care and patient education

Schedule:

• Full-time (8-hour day shifts)
• No nights or weekends

Pay: $120,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
