What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking experienced caregivers who are:
- Compassionate and dependable
- Excellent communicators
- Passionate about working with seniors
- Comfortable assisting with both companion care and personal care
- Flexible and willing to work various shifts
Summary of Duties:
Our caregivers provide safe, professional, and compassionate care to clients in their homes. Duties range from companionship and light housekeeping to personal care support.
Some Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding
- Assist with transfers and mobility
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
- Meal preparation and clean-up
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Ensure home safety and cleanliness
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow all infection control and universal precaution protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Experience with memory care or dementia clients is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
