Primary Work Location: 350 Kamehameha Hwy, Pearl City, HI 96782

Shift Information:

4 Day work week option 9PM-7AM
5 Day work week option 9-6am HST

About the Role: What will you do?

As a hands-on, working Service Manager, you will gain experience supporting Goodyear's mobile maintenance team by making meaningful connections and delivering outstanding service. You will have the opportunity to turn the wrench taking a vehicle from start to finish, as well as supporting billing, point of sale software interaction, and documentation. You will be responsible for managing the team schedule, service appointments, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to the fleet. Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years management experience
Must be willing to work scheduled shifts including nights and weekends.
Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet DOT driver qualification requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:

High School or GED
Relevant commercial tire service and/or management experience.
