Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Client Intake Coordinator, located in Jacksonville, FL. The New Client Intake Coordinator will handle scheduling initial client consultations via telephone and email, gathering relevant case information, and maintaining communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing client files, understanding legal terminology, and coordinating with attorneys to ensure seamless case management.
