Salary: $90,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• For the Entry-Level Engineer position, I am seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear).
• Ability to meet minimum access requirements or unescorted access standards, along with a favorable medical examination and/or testing as pertains to the job duties.
• For the Mid-Level Engineer position, the criteria include:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) accompanied by 2 years of experience in nuclear or related engineering.
• Ability to meet minimum access requirements or unescorted access standards, along with a favorable medical examination and/or testing as pertains to the job duties.
• For the Senior Engineer position, I expect:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) coupled with 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Ability to meet minimum access requirements or unescorted access standards, along with a favorable medical examination and/or testing as pertains to the job duties.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Engineer-in-training certification.
• Experience with Large Steam Turbine-Generators.
• Exposure to valve and/or hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge or expertise in control systems.
• Familiarity with Emerson Ovation.

Responsibilities:

• In our organization, the primary duties for this engineering role include:
• Offering advanced technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs.
• Delivering technical insight and support through direct involvement, identifying and resolving equipment and system issues.
• Managing engineering issues fully from task inception to completion.
• Executing engineering tasks as assigned by supervision while applying engineering principles.
• Ensuring the accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness of work, while maintaining proper configuration management and adhering to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes in the creation of plans and specifications.
• Carrying out independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses to support technical projects and programs.
• Recommending equipment, innovative concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, rectify design or material defects, or adapt to changes in codes or regulations.
• Performing additional job assignments and responsibilities as directed by management or dictated by company policy, which may involve emergency response, departmental coverage, call-outs, and supporting outage activities in roles outside their primary department.

- Entry-Level: $85,000
- Mid-Level: $90,000 - $110,000
- Senior Level: $117,000 - $143,000
