Accountabilities

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand and capture data requirements.
• Lead the design, development, and enrichment of master data domains to ensure accuracy.
• Configure, implement, and maintain MDM solutions, including data matching and management.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure master data quality.
• Develop workflows within MDM tools to support business needs.
• Oversee governance policies and standards for data management.
• Create training materials and educate business users on MDM processes.
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements for MDM processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations regarding data handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years implementing and managing MDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts and data management.
• Proficiency in data matching and hierarchy management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and data lake integrations.
• Ability to maintain scalable master data models.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Skills in data quality management and issue prevention.
• Capability to analyze complex data sets for insights.
