Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Marketing Communications Manager position to support the Baylor Scott & White Health System.  The Marketing Communications Manager will work on the conceptualization, creation and delivery of dedicated marketing and communication initiatives for our healthcare accounts. Working at both a central and site level to ensure effective activation and ongoing measurement of success. You will work in conjunction with the internal and external partners to ensure initiatives and practices are launched in a timely and effective manner to drive operational, client and customer satisfaction. Position will formalize and craft content that is communicated to Aramark Services at Baylor Scott & White, customers and the client to create consistency and standardization across the system. 


Please note: This is a hybrid position based in the DFW market ideally or Austin, or Temple areas.  

Job Responsibilities

Operation Support and Client Relationship:
o    Contribute to the creation of the customized communication and methods of marketing, driven by insight and a deep knowledge of customer segmentation and need states. 
o    Collaborate on communication/ marketing projects as defined, to ensure the communication and marketing is consistently shared with key internal partners.
Efficiency:
o    Assist with projects where marketing skills are required for effective communication. Examples may include IT platforms and client business review documents.
o    Capture content for positive events reporting and link with social media channels to ensure effective communication and awareness 
o    Assist where needed in the development of training program content.
o    Assist the Operations Teams on key marketing fundamentals such as marketing plans to promote their key actions for their business.
o    Using existing Brand Standards, enforce consistency with operations execution of all the vital tools as defined by executional framework standards
o    Work to develop a marketing and awareness plan around our corporate brand strategy using corporate resources and assistance. 

Financial Performance: 
o    Produce effective marketing documents with possible examples such as point of sale collateral and supporting documents. 
o    Produce reports to circulate around the business as requested. 
o    Work closely with the internal team to provide marketing collateral and examples for inclusion proposals. 
o    Support roll out of Center of Excellence strategies related to branding, merchandising and retail excellence to further develop our teams by showing 'outstanding’. 
Compliance:
On site audits to ensure effective implementation of central marketing initiatives specific to customer facing documents/ content.

Leadership:
o    Act as an ambassador and guardian for the Aramark Healthcare + brand 
o    Carry out ad-hoc projects as required 
o    Collaborate closely with colleagues within similar roles to ensure standard methodology and great ideas are shared. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
  • Understanding of marketing and communications across multiple clients and departments
  • Experience within a world-class hospitality organization or healthcare operations preferred
  • Excellent creative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in visual communication tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft applications, and marketing trends such as Social Media and AI
  • Must be able to work independently with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate decisions and present to an audience
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to travel 25% of the time
