What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 5-10 production associates in a fast-paced, schedule-driven manufacturing environment.
- Ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining top-notch quality standards and safety practices.
- Monitor and manage inventory and WMS system transactions , ensuring smooth, accurate flow of materials.
- Champion a culture of accountability, team collaboration, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to your team—keeping morale high and performance sharp.
- Participate hands-on when needed and keep things running efficiently, safely, and with a smile!
What You Bring:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish —essential for leading and connecting with your team.
- Prior experience supervising teams of 5-10+ associates in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, WMS systems , and production line flow.
- A strong desire to grow in the manufacturing sector —you love the energy, the pace, and the people!
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, ISO, GMP, or Continuous Improvement is a big plus.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Salary Range: (DOE)
- Schedule: Must be flexible to work a rotating shift:
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:10 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:40 PM
