Position Responsibilities:   + Lead employees and manufacturing activities in partnership with quality and warehouse teams, while conducting daily reviews to track and reinforce progress and build a highly effective team + Engage in basic operations and management skills training while assisting with process improvements for making, packing, shipping, and removing waste from the system using lean tools in a manufacturing environment + Partner with manufacturing team on daily walk-through of the plant and warehouse to prepare and distribute reports and records for the end of shifts and monthly observations when time comes to perform at a higher-level supervisory role + Other duties as assigne d Required Education and Experience:   + Bachelor's Degree with 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 4 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience:    + Master's D egree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
