**Hotel:** Rogers Embassy Suites 3303 Pinnacle Hills Pkwy Rogers, AR 72758 Maintenance Supervisor Full time **Atrium SPIRIT - where teamwork, passion and appreciation ignite service excellence** **Work Performed:** The Maintenance Supervisor will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: + Assist in managing building assets including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electricalsystems; + Assist in effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenanceprograms; + Conduct roomand equipmentinspections and identify repairneeds; + Ensures allAssociateshave the proper supplies and equipment, through using company approvedorderingplatforms; + Conduct appropriate coaching and accountability ofengineeringassociatesin accordance with Atrium's CoreValues; + Assist with scheduling Associates according to businesslevels; + Assist in vendorproposals; + Ensure proper sanitization/disinfecting/cleaning of your work area and area after you workcompleted;  + Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report equipment problems and maintenance issues, accidents, injuries and safety hazards, or unsafe work conditions toleadership; + Complete tasks that could have been assigned Maintenance Technician;and + Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. **Qualifications:** **Required** **Prior Experience:** One (1) year of prior engineering/maintenance experience **Preferred Prior Experience:** Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience **Required Education:** High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Licenses/ Certification:** HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing Certification **Physical:** Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally Able to bend and squat repeatedly; Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift **Other:** Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays __________________________________________________ At Atrium Hospitality, you're a valued part of a team creating unforgettable guest experiences.
