We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to join our innovative team. If you are passionate about leadership, efficiency, and high-tech manufacturing, we want you to take part in shaping the future of aerospace.

Your Role

• Administer and coordinate the maintenance, installation, and repair efforts of machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless operations within the plant.
• Implement maintenance strategies to maximize production uptime and provide continuous utility supply.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize processes and develop advanced maintenance management systems.
• Monitor budgets, compliance standards, and operational KPIs, proposing strategies to reduce costs and enhance system efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements across all operations.

What We Look For

• Proficiency in leadership and communication, with the ability to influence and guide technical teams.
• Expertise in technical reading and advanced mathematical concepts, paired with strong analytical reasoning skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relational database systems; Power BI experience is desirable.
• A preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, with substantial experience in industrial maintenance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
