🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Operate high-tech coating or slitting machines to keep production running smoothly
• Load, unload, and manage laminate rolls and material flow
• Monitor product quality and ensure it meets customer standards
• Communicate machine issues or quality concerns quickly
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational protocols
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

✅ What You Bring:

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required

🕒 Shift Details:

Finishing Dept. – 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Coating Dept. – 5:30 AM–5:30 PM or 5:30 PM–5:30 AM

(Dupont rotating schedule: consistent pattern, predictable time off)
