Your Responsibilities:

**  Help clients find the best insurance policies to meet their needs.                                     **  Provide virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing.                                         **  Utilize our CRM and automation tools to manage leads efficiently.                              **  Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier products.                                                  **  Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

**  A self-motivated and coachable individual.
** Previous experience in sales or insurance (a plus but not required).
** Ability to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed).
** Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
** Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms.
