A renowned mental health organization serving Queens is urgently seeking a full-time, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join their compassionate and mission-driven team. With many clients currently on a waiting list, this role offers a unique opportunity to provide family-focused care in underserved communities.

In this essential role, you will:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a caseload of 15 20 clients ,
• Perform assessments and implement evidence-based treatment plans,
• Delivery of services in homes, schools, centers, and public locations throughout Queens,
• Collaborate with LCSW supervisors and other care team members, and
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, including timely therapy notes .

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• An active LMFT license in New York State,
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in family or systems-based therapy,
• The ability to pass a criminal background check , and
• Excellent clinical and strong documentation skills , including timely and accurate therapy notes.
