We’re conducting a national search for an Associate Director of Legal Education on behalf of a highly respected membership organization serving the Estate Planning and Elder Law community. This unique role combines deep subject matter expertise with a passion for teaching, empowering attorneys nationwide through innovative educational programs and professional development initiatives.

Collaborate with the Director of Education to design and deliver high-level educational programming for member law firms.
Lead engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, from one-on-one support to large conference presentations.
Monitor legal and regulatory trends in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid, and Tax—and translate insights into timely content and guidance.
Develop written, visual, and video-based educational materials to support learning at all levels.
Organize and lead small group trainings and large-scale summits with clarity, confidence, and approachability.
Provide direct coaching and support to member attorneys with a balance of expertise, empathy, and humility.
Contribute to internal systems and process improvements to elevate consistency, quality, and impact across programs.
Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Taxation (or related field) required. CELA or NAELA certification is a plus.
10+ years of Estate Planning experience, ideally with additional expertise in Medicaid Planning and Tax.
Strong interest in legal education and a personal commitment to lifelong learning.
Experience developing educational content and guiding professional development.
A systems-minded thinker who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable facilitating both small and large group discussions, in person and virtually.
An articulate communicator who brings both confidence and humility to collaborative work.
