Summary

As a Lead Installer at Champion Air, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to our customers. This position requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities to oversee installation projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.
Supervise and mentor junior installers to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Read and interpret schematics to accurately install equipment.
Conduct system tests to verify functionality and efficiency post-installation.
Troubleshoot issues during installation and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of installations and service reports.

Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC installation with a strong understanding of refrigeration.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Basic knowledge of appliance repair is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience in property maintenance is beneficial.
NATE Certification Preferred
Insurable DMV driving record required
