Integris Group is currently partnering with a large enterprise level, corporate client in Miramar, FL who has an immediate need for Lead Full Stack Developer This is a Hybrid position that is Contract-To-Hire, we are seeking W2 candidates only!

About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join an innovative team. This role involves driving execution and delivery in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment responsible for the digital transformation of travel experiences. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential to convert to a full-time role within 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development across both frontend and backend systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful project execution
• Participate in architecture planning and technical discussions
• Align development work with business priorities in close partnership with leadership
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js (emphasis on front-end work)
• Backend: Java Microservices (heavy backend responsibilities)
• Databases: MySQL, CouchDB
