Are you a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) looking for a flexible telehealth opportunity? Responsibilities:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment to clients with diverse mental health needs.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation to support billing and compliance requirements.
Manage a full caseload, providing individual psychotherapy through telehealth sessions.
Participate in ongoing professional development, including clinical training, case consultations, and staff meetings.
Maintain an active LCSW or LMFT license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active LCSW or LMFT license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Minimum of two years of experience in a medical and/or behavioral health setting.
Experience working with adult and geriatric populations is preferred.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping systems.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for telehealth services.
Compensation & Benefits:
W2 position with competitive pay at $70 per clinical hour.
Client referrals provided, with a full caseload expected within 2-3 months.
Leadership opportunities available with additional compensation.
