**Job Summary:**
The Key Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to work with confidential information.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
+ **Typing Speed:** Minimum of 45 - 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), data entry software, and basic database systems.
+ **Attention to Detail:** Strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
+ **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
+ **Schedule Expectation:** Must be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and holidays, as needed.
