Junior Event Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Event Coordinator to join our on-site team in Houston. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about events and marketing. You’ll support the planning and delivery of live promotional events and gain first-hand experience working with clients, customers, and event teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of marketing events and promotional activities
Coordinate event logistics, including materials, schedules, and location setup
Represent client brands professionally at events and engage with customers
Support senior event managers and team leaders during campaigns
Track and report customer feedback and campaign results
Ensure events run smoothly and respond to any on-site challenges
Help manage inventory of promotional items and marketing materials
Attend team meetings and training sessions to build skills and campaign knowledge

Qualifications

Excellent communication and people skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
Comfortable working face-to-face with the public in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends
Based in Houston and able to work on-site full-time
