We are seeking a proactive and professional Junior Account Representative to join our onsite team in Los Angeles. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting client needs, and helping maintain smooth account operations.
Assist account managers with day-to-day support and client coordination.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentation.
Support onsite client activities, meetings, and event engagements.
Help track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Address basic customer or client inquiries and relay information to the appropriate team.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to workflow improvements.
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelors degree is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organization and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Professional, reliable, and able to work onsite daily in Los Angeles.
