Learn more at . **Responsibilities:** + Precision Craftsmanship: Install tiles, countertops, fireplaces, flooring with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and durability + Innovative Design Implementation: Work with custom designs, executing intricate layouts and patterns that align with client specifications + Material Selection and Preparation: Choose appropriate materials and prepare surfaces for tiling, guaranteeing optimal adhesion and longevity of the installations **Qualifications:** + 5+ Minimum years Exp as a Tile Setter professional + Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role in Custom Home environments + Expertise in various tiling techniques and materials + Strong eye for design and detail, with a passion for creating unique and beautiful tile installations + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team + Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members + Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
