Position Overview:

The IT Manager - ERP Systems will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration across departments. This role will collaborate with teams to align ERP solutions with business needs and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP system implementation and integration across departments.
• Manage and optimize ERP system performance, ensuring data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements.
• Provide user training and support.
• Plan system updates and evaluate new features.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Proven ERP implementation experience, with a successful track record leading full-cycle deployments of systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong ERP systems knowledge, including configuration, workflow design, user permissions, dashboards, and system integrations.
• Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through go-live.
• Business process optimization experience across finance, supply chain, inventory, and service operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, with comfort performing data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.

Experience and Skills Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, or similar tools).
• Experience transitioning from a lightweight ERP (e.g., Odoo) to an enterprise-grade platform.
• Background working in high-growth or startup environments, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Familiarity with field service operations, mobile workforces, or uptime-focused service models.
• Basic fluency with technical concepts like APIs, SQL, or low-code workflow automation tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years in IT with a focus on ERP systems, 3+ years in ERP implementation.

• Attitude: Collaborative, proactive, and tech-savvy.
