Description We are looking for a skilled IT Help Desk Technician, Level II, to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to provide vital support within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and customer service to ensure seamless operations in a dynamic medical environment. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for digital imaging systems, including operating systems, networking, software, and system administration, to support radiology operations. - Conduct system performance monitoring and analysis, offering recommendations to improve functionality and stability. - Address and resolve technical issues involving radiologist diagnostic reading stations through troubleshooting or collaborating with system vendors. - Assist in system upgrades and maintenance by providing guidance and support to the IT Clinical Team. - Remotely diagnose and resolve software-related issues, ensuring functionality across multiple facilities as required. - Collaborate with the Clinical Team to improve workflow communication and conduct quality assurance checks to maintain standard practices. - Deliver training, implement solutions, and troubleshoot technical systems, including hardware and software. - Maintain accurate records of assets, system patches, and inventory to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Provide exceptional customer service while managing technical support requests in a timely and precise manner. - Support network and VPN troubleshooting, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for all users. Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required. - At least three years of experience in IT, organizational development, business, or a related field. - Strong background in computer systems, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting. - Familiarity with PACS, Intelerad, Philips Intellispace, McKesson, Sectra, Visage, and GE Centricity is preferred. - Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain attention to detail in high-stress situations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with computer databases, imaging devices, and asset inventory management. - Experience with VPNs, firewalls, and patch management is a plus.
