Job Description

We have over 800 in-home instructors meeting with students weekly. At times, our students may be overwhelmed with organizing their finances, updating balances, getting started and completing homework from Instructor-led classes. You would be meeting with each student between their schedule classes to provide assistance, answer questions, give additional support and encouragement that the Instructor may not have time to provide.

Role
Tutor - You will work with the Instructor to assist their 101 Financial Student(s) in completing upfront Financial Analysis, completion of homework, answering questions and provide between class support.

Responsibilities
Schedule times to provide help and tutoring between classes to help Student be prepared for the next class. Update the Client Relationship Software as to Student progress. Collaborate on a weekly basis with Instructor on student assistance. Facilitate student success. Maintain a culture and approach where the student feels supported and hopeful. Help student graduate to whatever level of class or level of knowledge they want. Generate Post-course completion Referrals.
