Install, repair, replace water well pumps, pressure tanks, treatment equipment, electric motors, valves and controls.

• $17-40+ D.O.E. - 40 hrs/wk - excellent WORK-LIFE BALANCE and BENEFITS
• Capable of learning and moving up over time - Training Included - Industrious - Mechanical - Career Minded
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, Full time, All Year Round, Few to no Weekends, minimal overtime.

Mather Pump Service is a fourth generation, family owned and operated, water pump equipment sales and service provider.

You'll help cities provide tap water, farmers irrigate their crops, aid industrial manufacturers, mechanical contractors, and home owners to hydrate and thrive!

Our products, services and optimal system designs promote energy efficiency, water quality, sustainability, and best in class reliability.

Daily activities vary widely, but we are especially skilled with residential water conditioning and water well equipment application; from small 1/2hp-500hp systems, up to 1000’ deep 3’ diameter wells. We strive to maintain valued customer relationships and be a trusted competitive resource.

In this role you will:

Become proficient in understanding pumps, electric motors, electric panels and controls, variable frequency drives, valving, pressure tanks, water treatment and conditioning equipment and more.

• Build your career
• Quickly work towards earning CDL and PUMP SPECIALTY LICENSE
• Take ownership for quick completion and quality of projects
• Quickly prepare work after receiving and studying work orders
• Gather necessary tools and supplies
• Depart warehouse for jobsites by 8:30am
• Drive manual transmission vehicles to and from project sites
• Wire and install pumps, motors, tanks, pipes, valves, controls and other accessories
• Regularly Sell products and Services
• Offer excellent internal and external customer service
• Repair electrical problems by replacing faulty parts and components
• Add value to a team by aiding and speeding completion of projects
• Also work well independently
• Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures
• Complying with electrical and plumbing codes
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Be self motivated to improve personal skill set
• Fully complete jobs, including photos of finished work, clean up, unloading, disposal, organization, restocking of trucks, returning unused products to warehouse, replacing tools, Not leaving any work for someone else.
• Fully record time and materials.
