Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the American curriculum, catering to the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience and develop innovative teaching strategies.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities.
• Implement classroom management strategies to create a positive and respectful learning environment.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching license/qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, etc.).
• Experience teaching the American curriculum and familiarity with the US Common Core is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for nurturing young learners.
• Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Arabic are preferred , as this will help ensure children fully integrate with their peers, contributing to an inclusive and productive learning environment.
