Job Description

Healthcare Full Stack Engineer / Team Lead

📍 Oakland, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

💰 $120K–$150K + 0.75–1.25% equity

Build the Future of Preventive Medicine With Us

We’re Endless Health , and we’re creating something that healthcare has always needed but never quite had: a modern, full-stack platform that makes proactive, personalized care accessible for everyone.

Through EndlessDx.com, we already deliver over 10,000 blood tests per month—at home, in gyms, senior centers, and clinics nationwide—with clinical-grade accuracy and speed. Now we’re building the intelligent software layer that ties it all together: diagnostics, insights, coaching, and follow-up care.

We’re not just another healthtech startup. We’re a mission-driven team focused on real-world impact—and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer & Team Lead who shares that vision.

About the Role

This is a hybrid engineering + leadership role, ideal for someone ready to code, mentor, and help shape our early-stage engineering culture.

You’ll work across the full stack—shipping features, designing scalable systems, and guiding decisions that balance speed with stability. You’ll also manage 2–3 engineers as we grow and eventually raise our Series A. You’ll partner closely with our CEO and design/product leads to build both the back-end architecture and the human experience of preventive care.

You Might Be a Fit If You:
  • Write clean, reliable code and care deeply about building things that last
  • Have experience handling sensitive data in healthcare, fintech, or similar environments
  • Are excited by the intersection of AI and health, and want to build thoughtfully with LLM tools
  • Want to mentor and manage engineers while still contributing technically
  • Value speed—but also responsibility, privacy, and earning user trust
  • Know your way around HIPAA, SOC 2, or want to learn
  • Want your work to actually help people—not just drive engagement
Why This Role Matters

Preventive care only works when people trust the system—and feel like it’s made for them. That starts with great engineering.

At Endless, we’re building:

  • At-home blood testing that’s radically more accessible
  • AI-powered recommendations grounded in real health goals
  • Secure, scalable platforms that connect lab results, coaching, and action
  • Engineering systems that move fast—but never at the cost of safety or integrity
What You’ll Do
  • Write and review production code across our stack (Python, React, PostgreSQL, GCP)
  • Lead infrastructure and system architecture for both patient- and lab-facing platforms
  • Define and enforce privacy and security best practices from day one
  • Manage a small engineering team and support their technical growth
  • Contribute to compliance and infrastructure planning
  • Work closely with leadership to shape our tech strategy and product roadmap
What We Offer
  • A high-trust leadership-track role in a healthtech company with momentum
  • Real equity and ownership (0.75–1.25%) in a fast-growing startup
  • Competitive salary: $120K–$150K
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in our light-filled Oakland office
  • A mission-first team culture built around curiosity, creativity, and mutual respect
  • Opportunities to grow into a CTO or senior exec role as we scale
Ready to Join?

If you’re excited to lead with code, scale something meaningful, and help reshape how people experience healthcare—we’d love to talk.

📩 Send your resume or LinkedIn to seniorengineerhiring@endless.health with a short note about what you want to build next and why Endless Health resonates with you.

Let’s build something that matters.
