**Job Overview** **Fairview Range is hiring** **a Health Information Liaison to join our Health Information Management Department in** **Hibbing, MN!** In this role, you will manually index documents to the correct document type as established by corporate policy, minimize duplicate records and overlap entries, verifies data integrity, and coordinates information with EPIC. Additionally, the Health Information Liaison reviews the electronic content management system and records contained within for appropriate image quality and reviewing. This list of responsibilities is not comprehensive, and additional tasks may be assigned in the future as needed. **Schedule:** This is a flex position with hours ranging from 40-71 hours per two weeks.
