As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth while working closely with the leadership team, including the Head of Product, CEO, and other key stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on scaling the product to reach millions of students globally, optimizing the user experience, and driving business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the full product lifecycle and thrives in a dynamic, startup environment. If you're eager to work with a talented team and push the boundaries of what's possible in the ed-tech space, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage data-driven decision-making to identify product improvement opportunities and boost performance.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving growth goals.
Required Skills:

Experience in product development, marketing, and enhancing user experience to refine market fit.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring alignment and fostering a unified approach toward common objectives.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in growth product management within consumer subscription-based startups or similar industries.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and teams around growth goals.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn the intricacies of what drives success.
This role is perfect for someone who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, experiment quickly, and iterate on tactics to achieve growth objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and work closely with other teams to align product features with user needs and business goals.

Our Commitment to Diversity: We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where every individual feels valued and empowered to succeed. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an environment that respects and supports all employees, regardless of background or identity.
