*Manage and monitor litigation. *Reviews project contract documents (pre- and post-bid) to identify and analyze legal risk related to the project or company. Reports legal risk and mitigation strategies to project and divisional management. *Drafts and negotiates agreements, including design-build and construction contracts, joint-venture (JV) agreements, concession agreements (P3 transactions), sub-contract agreements with designers and civil contractors, interface agreements, lenders' direct agreements, and parent company guarantees. $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
