Job Summary:
The Full Stack Engineer at Creative Chaos is a pivotal role responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated web applications using both Python for back-end development and React for front-end interfaces. This individual should be proficient in handling all layers of the application stack, ensuring seamless integration between front end and back end. They should also contribute to ongoing improvements in architecture, coding practices, and overall efficiency of the development processes.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust and scalable web applications
Develop front-end applications using React.js, ensuring a great user experience
Write server-side code using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve the usability and aesthetic of web applications
Manage and optimize databases for efficiency and scalability
Regularly test and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance
Maintain code integrity and organization across the technology stack
Work with the development team to estimate project timelines and deliverables
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
Document processes and improvements of the codebase
A degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong expertise in Python and experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
Proficient in front-end technologies, especially React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services.
Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
