Position Overview We are seeking vibrant, proactive and experienced CNA/PCA to provide in-home support to a client with dementia who needs basic support with care and engaged companionship. The client needs support with meal planning & preparation, reminders for drinking liquids, and other basic care elements. This role also offers the opportunity to be proactive in identifying and exposing the client to events, experiences, or activities that will capture their interest and imagination.
