The Opportunity

As part of the Financial Strategy and Planning team you are responsible for managing PwC's financial risk through planning, reporting, analysis, and consulting. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Demonstrating proven leadership in team development and coaching

- Exhibiting strength in analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in financial reporting systems like SAP

- Experience with EPM applications such as OneStream

- Skill in data visualization tools like Tableau

- Managing diverse viewpoints for positive outcomes

- Utilizing strength in communication and relationship-building skills

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
