Job Description
The Finance Development Program is a 2‐year entry level development program designed to build participants leadership and business acumen. Participants will rotate through 3 areas for 8 months each, primarily under the CFO organization.
Areas for potential rotation include Financial Planning, Accounting, Internal Audit, Treasury, Tax, Business Development, and Data Analytics.
Participants have the opportunity to gain exposure to the following areas:
- Analyze financial performance of company results
- Prepare information for investor presentations and annual reports
- Monthly financial closing and reporting
- Provide valuable business decision support
- Perform financial and operational audits
- Present recommendations to senior leadership

Compensation Starting pay range: $54,300 - $71,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements - Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Management Information Systems or business equivalent major
- Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs
- A passion to solve problems in collaboration with others
- Effective verbal communication and presentation abilities with proficiency working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with the appropriate levels of discretion
