Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:  

• The EHS Manager promotes and facilitates a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture identifying best practices and leading continuous improvement initiative to reduce work process risk

• This role p rovide s technical advice, coaching, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and coordination of team member training on hazardous condition monitoring and use of safety equipment

• You will s upport of EHS goals for the site manager and appropriate activity-based goals for the functional managers to drive EHS culture and results

• Additionally, you will s upport the execution of corporate sustainability strategies, engaging with key stakeholders on projects including investigating accidents and occupational injuries to determine causes and implement preventive measures

• Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor's D egree with 5 plus years of related e xperience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma /General Education Degree with 8 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
