Job Summary:

Troubleshooting, assessing, repairing, refurbishing, and retrofitting low and medium-voltage circuit breakers

• Perform low and medium voltage circuit breaker repairs
• Perform low and medium voltage circuit breaker refurbishment
• Perform low voltage circuit breaker ETU replacements and retrofits
• Perform low and medium voltage final QC testing
• Document steps taken and test results
• Maintain documentation of work performed

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position.

• 3 years of assessing and troubleshooting low and medium voltage circuit breakers
• 3 years of repairing and rebuilding low and medium voltage circuit breakers
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring schematics
• Ability to perform primary injection testing of circuit breakers
• In-depth knowledge of common breaker manufacturers and vintages
• Organized and attention to detail
• Live in Kansas City general area
• 5+ years of circuit breaker rebuilding, preferred
• Familiar with PEARL standards, preferred
