Job Summary

We are seeking a dishwasher with a high degree of professionalism and organization to wash dishes and support restaurant operations at Elysian Brewing s Fields brewpub. As a Dishwasher at our brewpub, you will be responsible for washing dishes, maintaining the kitchen space following set guidelines, and helping to support the brewpub to operate smoothly. Our ideal candidate is passionate about quality, consistency, and working as a team to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, dry storage, and smallwares following local regulations and set processes.
  

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with brewery staff, including line cooks, servers, bartenders, support staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
  

• Event Support: Assist in brewery events, promotions, and special occasions as needed, including set-up, service, and clean-up.
  

• Support the team with any other duties as needed to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  

Skills

• Previous experience as support staff or dishwasher in a high-volume brewery, bar, or restaurant setting.
  

• Proven knowledge of industry-standard cleaning processes and equipment.
  

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

• Ability to lift heavy containers and ingredient packages.
  

• Ability to work weekends, days, and nights.
  

• Food handler certification required.
  

Job Types: Full-Time/Seasonal

Pay: $20.76 per hour + tips

Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) - 72 hours for PSST per year for incumbent hourly employees. New Hires receive an initial load of 24 hours for the first 90 days and after 90 days, another 48 hours are added to the employee's remaining quota.

Referral Bonus - Refer a great employee to us and receive $200 (after 6 months of work).
