This isn't your typical Home2 Suites – with 248 all-suite rooms, it's one of the largest and most dynamic properties in the Hilton extended-stay portfolio, offering the scale and opportunities of a full-service hotel in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. This prime positioning delivers consistent occupancy from conventions, tourism, and business travel – giving you a strong foundation to maximize revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Your Role: Drive Revenue in a High-Impact Leadership Position As Director of Sales, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to boost occupancy and revenue, focusing on:

• Managing group inquiries, quoting rates, and securing bookings
• Owning the Corporate and Business Travel segments – building and nurturing key accounts
• Representing the hotel in the community (ie. Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, Hilton networks)
• Collaborating on revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting
• Maintaining client data in systems like Delphi, OnQ and PEP
• Inclusive, supportive environment

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years as Director of Sales in the hotel industry
• Hilton brand experience strongly preferred but not required
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing revenue
• Self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
