You’ll blend creativity, research, and analytics to craft campaigns that are locally relevant, audience-focused, and performance-driven . Compensation (Hourly) : $23.00-$28.00/hr

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid search, social media, display, email, SEO).

Content & Brand Ownership

  • Create and publish compelling content across websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Act as a guardian of our brand, maintaining consistency, authenticity, and empathy in every message.
  • Conduct research on audience, competitors, and market trends to inform creative strategies.

Data-Driven Creative & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Test creative ideas and content approaches to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Collaborate with the team to transform data into stories that move people.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns that truly reflect our mission.
  • Bring innovative, research-backed ideas to the table, influencing strategy and creative execution.
  • Ensure messaging reflects our brand values and resonates with local audiences.
  • Leverage analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, FDA advertising guidelines).

Knowledge and Experience :

  • Creative, analytical, and research-driven .
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing).
  • Experience in Data-driven decision-making and using insights to improve creative output.

Note: This is a hybrid position (Some travel required)

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience , ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Experience: 1 year experience in a marketing and/or events role. 1 year experience with individuals with DDSS, DHHS and/or IDD preferred.
