This role offers the opportunity to drive data-informed product decisions for high-impact digital products. You will analyze user behavior, size opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of product features through advanced analytics and experimentation. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers, you will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that directly inform strategy. The position emphasizes rigorous data practices, A/B testing, and experimentation, enabling you to influence key product decisions. Accountabilities

• Analyze user behavior patterns using Python and SQL to generate actionable insights.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments, including A/B tests, to validate product changes.
• Size opportunity areas and estimate potential impact to guide product prioritization.
• Recommend improvements to product features based on quantitative analysis and behavioral signals.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to prioritize initiatives using data-driven evidence.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide long-term strategic guidance by identifying trends and patterns across large-scale datasets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product-focused data science, with a proven track record influencing product decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, Jupyter) and advanced SQL for large-scale data analysis.
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimentation methodologies, including A/B test design and interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to size opportunities and assess feature impact quantitatively.
• Experience in communicating complex analyses effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and work remotely while overlapping U.S. Central Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying machine learning models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Engineering-oriented data science background with exposure to data modeling, architecture, or production data pipelines.
• Knowledge of experimentation platforms and product analytics tooling.
