Crew Member

We are looking for dedicated team members who want to expand their experience and grow their careers with our exceptional team at Myatt Landscaping and Construction. We are a locally owned professional landscape company specializing in high-quality residential & commercial landscaping and grounds management. Our aim is to provide superior service while building lasting relationships with our clients and employees.

· Can be at work and on time every day

· Can be flexible as our schedules change depending on the weather and season

· Leaves the drama at home

· Takes great care of company vehicles and equipment

· Is respectful of co-workers and clients

· Has a great work ethic and can work alone without supervision

· Uses provided PPE appropriately

· Stays off the phone except for business calls and emergencies

· Has a valid and clean NC driver’s license

· Can lift 50+ lbs. frequently throughout the day

· Can stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist throughout the day

· Is proficient with string trimmer, edger, and blower

· Is proficient with a walk behind mower

· Can pull weeds and clean debris from job sites

· Can edge beds and install mulch or pine straw

Pay rate will be hourly with true overtime paid for any work over 40 hours and paid weekly. Starting pay from $16-$18 per hour will be determined by experience and your ability to meet our ideal teammate goals.

 
Health Insurance offered after 90 days, your cost is only $150.00 per month for Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Paid vacation, paid holidays, and retirement program available after one year.
