Job Description

Practice Interactive, Inc., dba Intiva Health is seeking Corporate Counsel to work in Austin, TX.

Duties : 

• Create and manage a process to streamline workflow, track contracts, and retain accurate contract records
• Develop, assess, and negotiate contracts  including nondisclosure, contractor, employment agreements, vendor agreements, copyrights, terms and conditions, and corporate documents for business units, and ensure consistency of contract terms with company policies and goals.
• Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents.
• Ensure consistency of contract terms with company policies and goals.
• Provide legal guidance to business and technical departments, conduct research on legal matters, and draft and respond to demand letters.
• Support Merger & Acquisition due diligence, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Support immigration program management and compliance, including assess eligibility of foreign national employees for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
• Assist the preparation and review of employment and severance agreements.
• Assist in identifying and assessing legal risks and opportunities within the labor and employment area and present researched advice.
• Assist finance department in research of corporate and personal tax planning, entity structuring, asset protection, succession.
• Requires travel to visit facility in Arizona for short periods of time (2 days or less), about 6 times per year.

Minimum requirements:

• J.D. Degree
• 1 Year experience as Corporate Counsel
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas
