**Job Title: Renovation Technician - Inland Empire** **Job Description** Join our team as a Renovation Technician, where you will work collaboratively in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments in the Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Orange locations. You will be tasked with performing various renovation activities including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall repair. **Responsibilities** + Perform basic plumbing tasks such as changing faucets and shower heads. + Conduct basic electrical work, including installing ceiling fans. + Carry out carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings. + Patch holes and replace sections of drywall as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in at least two of the following areas: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair. + Mechanically inclined and skilled in general labor. + Experience in painting, electrical, and plumbing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Possession of the following tools: sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nail gun, grinder, and hand tools. + Ability to troubleshoot and perform installations. + Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude. **Why Work Here?** Upon conversion to a full-time employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package. We offer a supportive work environment that values teamwork and skill development. **Work Environment** This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
