The United Center hosts concerts, other events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League and the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association. **Overview:** As a Union Stand Worker, you will assist with food and beverage service in a concession stand during events. This role includes customer service, food prep, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and efficient work area. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve guests quickly and courteously with food and beverage items. + Prepare, maintain, and stock hot and cold food items during events. + Operate a register and handle transactions accurately. + Maintain cleanliness of the stand, counters, and condiment areas. + Follow food safety practices including FIFO, labeling, and temperature control. + Check IDs for alcohol service and prevent over-serving. + Assist with setup before events and cleanup afterward. **Skills & Requirements:** + 0-3 months of related experience or training preferred. + Basic math, reading, and communication skills required. + Ability to work with in-house systems and follow written and verbal instructions. + Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. **Apply to Levy today!** _Levy is a member of Compass Group USA_ Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( **Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
