Are you a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in large-scale commercial retail projects? Do you have experience managing big-box retail construction from start to finish? If so, we want to connect with you!

Position: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Pittsburgh area (travel 4-6 hour radius)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Oversight: Lead and manage commercial retail construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project expectations are met.
* Team Coordination: Direct subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
* Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project financials and schedules, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
* Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience: 5+ years in commercial retail construction, with a strong background in big-box projects (e.g., Walmart, Target, Sam's Club).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software; Procore experience is highly preferred.
